Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2000.
Orders are delivered within 7 working days.
Orders may be delayed due to either unforeseen circumstances/natural calamities, transportation problems, or other disruptions beyond our control.
Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for an additional fee of โน100, depending on location. COD fees and availability are displayed at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles, dupattas) are eligible for cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If cancelled before shipment:
You will receive store credit equal to the order value for future purchases, OR
If you request a refund, bank/payment gateway charges and delivery charges (both sides) will be deducted.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed only after a quality check of returned products.
Refunds apply to product value only, not shipping charges.
