Incorrect items dispatched
An unboxing video is required for damaged product claims.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and bill intact.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

After approval, the product must be shipped back in its original packaging within 5 days.
